A few weeks ago I took a trip to the Farmer's Market here in town. I got some peaches, peppers and zucchini. I was excited to make Kurtis a treat that I had when I was young. At our old house in Roy we had a good little garden with zucchinis. Mom and dad would make us fried zucchini. So this was my attempt at making it. It tasted a lot better than it looks :)

I agree. They look great! I have had zucchini sitting on my counter for ever that I have wanted to make fried zucchini with. I am so jealous!
