On Saturday, Kurtis and I traveled down to Cincinnati, Ohio. We had the blessed opportunity to go to a CUBS GAME! Since Wrigley Field in Chicago is about 5 hours away, a short 2.5 hour trip made it easy to see the Cubbies play. They played the Reds at the Reds' own Great American Ball Park. And would you believe that there were about as many Cubs fans there as there was Reds fans?We got there a couple of hours early so we could see the Cubs warm up. We were about 30 feet from their pitcher Carlos Zambrano. Kurtis was just like a little boy visiting a ball park...it was really cute. He loved it. We even brought our mitts so we could catch foul balls... it's a good thing because we were sitting in the 5th row on the first base line. And of course we had our sunflower seeds and got a ball park hot dog. It was a beautiful day for a ball game, and the Cubs got a big "W."

Well, at least they won while you were both there. Maybe if you can quit your jobs and follow them around the country they will win two or three more.
